Absinth Suissesse

4 cl Absinth
2-3 drops of Anisette
2-3 drops of Orangenwater
2 teaspoons White Creme de Menthe
1 eggwhite

Mix ingridients with a lot of ice and strain into a cocktailglas.

Original Sazerac

1 teaspoon sugar
4 cl Whisky
1 shot Absinth
2 shot Peychaud Bitter
2 shot Angostura-Bitter
1 piece of lemonpeel

Cool one glas in refrigirator. Mix in another glas the both
Bitters and dissolve then the sugar in it. Add some ice and
stir again. Fill the cold glas with Absinth. Then add first
the Whisky and the Bitter/sugar mix. Stir again, and garnish
with lemon peel.

Pedra Stone

1/6 Tequilla
1/6 Wodka
1/6 Black Rum
1/6 Bailey´s
1/6 Grenadine Sirup
1/6 Absinth

Fill one glas with Tequilla, Vodka, Rum, Bailey's, Grenadine
(in that order!) and stir until it turns pink. Pour Absinth
into mix over a spoon with sugar. Light up the drink. A light
pounding of the glas on the table will put out the flame.
Drink with a straw!

TNT

3 cl Cognac
1 cl Cointreau
1 shot Bitter
3 cl Absinth
1/6 Grenadine Sirup
1/6 Absinth

Mix all ingridients with ice and pour then in cocktails.

Green Rose

3 cl Absinth
1 cl Gin
2 cl Champagne

Pour the Absinth and Gin into a cooled glas.
Swivel glas until the entire inside of glas
is coated. Then pour in the Champagne.

Sweet Heaven

2 cl Castle Cream Whisky
2 cl Absinth
2 cl Peach-Wodka
2 cl Kaffeesahne

Pour ingridients into a glas (in that order!)
then light up the drink. Enjoy with a straw.

Hell On Fire

2 cl Castle Cream Whisky
2 cl Rum
1 cl Absinth
Pour ingridients into a glas (in that order!)
then light up the drink. Enjoy with a straw.

Psycho Surfer

1 shot Absinth
_ Schuß Parfait Amour
3 Schuß Tonicwasser
1 Schuß Cognac

Pour the first three ingridients with a lot of
ice into a glas and stir. Then fill with cognac.

Tiger Eye

2 cl Peppermint Liquor
2 cl Absinth
2 cl Lemon Juice
2 cl Coca-Cola

Mix Peppermint Liquor, Absinth and Lemon Juice.
Add some ice, then fill up carefully with Coca Cola.

Six Pack

1 shot Absinth
_ shot Absolut Wodka
_ shot Goldschläger
_ shot Jägermeister
1 shot Bitter Peach

Mix all five ingridients with a lot of
ice Then fill with sparkling wine.

Traditional Drinking Ritual

Fill 2cl into a glass. Heap a tea spoon with sugar and
dip it into the Absinth. Leave the sugar on the spoon,
and wait till it's soaked with Absinth. Then take the
spoon out and light up the sugar. It will caramalize.
When the flame is out, stir the sugar with the Absinth
and fill with ice cold water.
